I too have been scamed by this individual and this company.

Please all of you, file a complaint with the IFCC division of the FBI, you can do so online at https://www.ifccfbi.gov, this way these guys will be prosecuted.

They have broken Federal Laws under 18 United States Code (U.S.C.) for wire and mail fraud, interstate commerce, RICO, Racketeering, and many other federal laws. The only way to stop them is to report them and have them criminally charged and placed in jail.

I have found other companies and other addresses across the United States on these guys and have reported them to the FBI, through the IFCC complaint center. I even sent the FBI, the computer information this david johnson uses. Please Please do the same.

I was scammed by this company in September 2004 when they were using the name 1st Payday Loans. While I've yet to recover my money, I am hopeful that I have finally found the right contact who can help me.

Please contact me (kybondgirl@yahoo.com) so that we may share information regarding this company (I'm currently in contact with five other victims), as I am hoping there is strength in numbers.

Whatever you do, don't give up, because that's what this company is counting on you doing!
