ABC financial services has ripped me off on a monthly billing scheme illegally charging extra fees new bedford, Massachusetts

This company ABC financial services has ripped off several WOW customers as I see from the reports, and now I am a victim. I originally signed up on my gym membership and paid $79 dollars one time fee and then $11 per month, fine.... So this month, I am given a charge of 49.99 and $11, are you kidding me.. the 11 dollars is fine, which is my dues. But ABC decides to stick me with a 50 charge for no reason. I tried to call up and the lady cannot tell me anything! How does this company stay in business? I am sick of companies doing this to consumers and I am utterly pissed off. I am filing reports with the BBB, this website, and with the State in which the company is incorporated. ABC if you read this you have an utterly angry customer and your fraud will be stopped.
