ACS Legal company for Cash Advance USA ripe off, harrasment of myself and my coworkers. las vegas, Nevada

I have recieved mutiple phone calls from a guy who I could not even understand his name from the legal department of ACS. He was very rude and hard to understand. He told me today that if I did not pay my account in full today that I would recieve legal papers on Monday at my place of work. I asked for more information and he could not give me any details. He told me if I did not pay the amount $500.00 today that my fees would end up costing me over $8000.00. When I asked if I could make payments absoutely not. When he finally let me ask who the company was, he told me that it was Cash Advance USA and I had taken out the loan sometime in 2009. I did not take out any loans in 2009. When I hung up the the phone on him he called my place of employment and asked all my co workers question about me and my accounts. They told him it was none of his business unless he could prove to them/ me that I had an account with them. I am blocking his number from my phone and my place of employment is no longer allow personnal calls to employees.
