American Standard Financial Tried to rip me off!! Philadelphia Pennsylvania

I was out of town in Chicago for the past week and on Thursday, August 30, the first day of my vacation, American Standard Financial called me saying they had information for me about a grant I'd been approved for.

I believed them at first because that was all they said and I've been applying for grants for school for the past few weeks, but I was busy at the time, having just got off the plane and so I asked them to give me a call back the following Friday, which would be today, September 7. They have been calling me at least five times a day since last Thursday, but I haven't answered because I was out of town and not wanting to worry about anything until I came back.

They just called me again this morning and the woman confirmed my name and address, as well as the bank I used. She then told me that all I had to do was get the paperwork in the mail and sign it and return it to them and I'd get my grant, but I would have to pay a $351 processing fee, and they asked me when I would be able to pay it and I said that I didn't want to go through with this without having more information. She asked what more information I needed and I said something on paper mailed out to me so I could read over it before actually going through with it.

She said well you can just go ahead and give me your routing and checking account number so when you are ready, we will process the $351. And I said no, number one, I won't do it without more information and number two, why would I have to pay in order to get a grant?? She then hung up the phone.
