Archie Sands AS Financial Services BOGUS Alert - This guy will only string you out! Can't close ANYTHING Marietta, Georgia

Archie Sands has been trying to do financing deals for people around Atlanta for years.  He does absolutely NOTHING to get a deal closed.  ALL his sources are non-verified and for the most part shady, dicey con-men that Sands seems to associate himself and company with.

He promises the world and doesn't deliver a single thing.  This is only after his "source" always required up-front diligence money which is never refunded.  Makes you wonder how this guy survives, when he doesn't close any deals doesn't it?

Due diligence on Sands shows tremendous personal finacial problems but the most frightening thing is his prior felony convistions for financial irregularities.  Here is a guy that cannot manage his own personal finances, requires front-money be sent to his "sources" and has a felony on his record, and he calls himself a financial and business consultant?

As far as his business accumen, he has basically skipped from job to job, never keeping any one job for any amount of time.  He now owns AS Financial Services, which no business license could be found in the Funton County and Cobb County surrounding area.

Investigation shows no corporation or LLC as Sands calls his company AS Financial Services, LLC exists, either as a Georgia entity or foreign corporation or entity.

Steer clear of this guy.  There are too many reputable and established commercial loan companies and banks out there to take your deal.  Archie Sands will only create hardship and heartbreak as well as considerable expense to you.
