Banksafe USA Fraudulent Company, lying about recovering fees and lying about when I would recieve my refund Internet

I was called in January by Banksafe and told that the fraud that I would be paid for the fraud that I had been recently suject to. During the call I constantly asked if the payment for the services would come out of my account and was told that no money would come out of my account, and the payment would come from the money I was supposed to get back from fraud.

Less than a week later I saw that almost $400 was taken out of my account by the company who said that they would not take out any money. I called and asked for a refund. I faxed my information in february and have been waiting for my refund ever since.

I've called banksafe multiple times and have heard many different things. I called in April and was called by the billing department who said that my check would be mailed in May or June. I called the payment department in May and was told that my check was getting prepared to be sent out in June and that I would get a phone call from the billing department to verify my information.

When I didn't recieve a phone call I tried to call back and wasn't able to get back in touch with banksafe until June and was told that the billing department didn't have my information yet and they would have to send it to them so that they could send out the check.

I don't know who to believe and I just want my money back. I'm a student and with the loss of all this money it has been very difficult to pay my tuition on time when my loan money has been taken from me and no one is telling me the whole truth. I just want to get my money back and put this entire thing behind me. This whole experience has made me alot less trusting of anyone that I ever talk to who is trying to provide a service.
