Banksafe They Never Kept their Promise. Do They Really exist??? Hoboken New Jersey

In February or March 2007, I received a phone call from someone claiming that my account had fraudulently been debited of $800 by someone in Canada. They offered to recover these stolen funds for a fee of $395 and
completion of some documents. Surprisingly Banksafe already had some pre knowledge of my personal banking information.

They claimed I could recover these stolen ID theft funds after one conversation with Banksafe. Their company claimed to consist of " highly qualified fraud specialist, banking professionals and high powered attorneys". I completed their documentation and returned it to them in April 2007.

I only spoke to one live person in seven months. Their highly qualified fraud specialists never responded to me. The phone number listed for the company
always gave the message that they were experiencing over whelming callers at this time.

You could never reach a live person and their answering service was not accepting any more messages. I am led to believe that this company is actually an ID theft ring, posing as a legitimate company. What do they do
with the personal data they collect??

I am ready to be part of an investigation, or class action against Banksafe.
