It was reported in the Philippines Press today that the Phillipines Authorities had lodged extradition documents with the Australian Embassy for Goldsworthy to be extradited to the Philippines to face charges of Attempted Murder, Carbon Credit Fraud, Human Rights Abuse and alleged Sex with a Minor....

Goldsworthy was involved in an attempted 1 billion USD Cabon Credit Fraud in the Province of Mindanao in the Philippines. The audacity of the crime was mind boggling, the tribes are still reeling from the damage caused by Goldsworthy. He left a trail of destruction , with broke and broken hearted Tribespeople, unpaid workers,unpaid contractors, cheated investors.. He had led everyone on with a story that he was working with the World Bank. when contacted the World Bank denied any knowledge of Goldsworthy and his company Shift 2 Neutral it was all fabricated by the delusional Goldsworthy... When two of his partners threatened to blow the whistle he used the lure of 200,000 USD in a attempt to have them killed or kidnapped.. In a province where the average wage is about 100usd/month it was a huge incentive..

Fortunatly the people were made aware of plot and sought the protection of the Police and NBI. It is also alleged he fathered a child with a underage female whilst there.. Sex with minors is considered statuory rape in the Philippines .
