According to the California secretary of state Capital Gold Group have only been in business since September 5th 2007
I called the BBB to verify the information, they told me that Capital gold group told them that their business start day was October 4th 2003, they (the BBB) can only go off the information that Capital Gold Group provided.
If Capital Gold Group lied about their start dated .... there is nothing the Better Business Bureau can do about it. The BBB acknowledges that the Real start date is September 5th 2007.

They did verify that with the California Secretary of state. Yet, the BBB will not change the information that the BBB has listed on their site.
Capital Gold group, Safe as Gold, Jonathan Rose... have only been in business for 27 months and they already have 6 complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
If they had their start date at September 5th 2007,... Capital Gold Group would have a D+ rating with the BBB.
