into the purchase price to be financed for 60 months @ 16.45% interest, and

charged me $10913.45 for the vehicle @ 16.45% interest for 60 months. Pay-

I contend that the Extended Service Warranty Insurance Agreement for $999.00 included into the purchase price to be financed for 60 months @ 16.45% is Unfair and in Violation of the Fair Credit Act.

I contend that the 16.45% Interest is Excessive and Unfair.
