Charles Schwab Ripoff Provide bogus investment advice and got me to sell shares of companies that proceeded to go up after they had me sell. This blatant theft of my money is unacceptable, this industry needs much more regulation. San Francisco California

I am a very dissatisfied customer with your company and will be moving my accounts if you cannot resolve this issue for me. In September 2003 your organization hounded me for a portfolio consultation and I finally agreed to it. They recommended I sell most of the stocks I had, I sold 500 shares of ELN at 4 and 900 Shares of SCBS at 28 per your financial advisors recommendations. Now ELN is at $22.00 and SCBS got bought out and it is at 34. I tryed the NASD mediation with your company about the issue, but they turned it down. If you need copies of all that information it should be in your company files. I would like the stocks replaced and the financial advisor fee refunded to my account.
Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated and would make me a satisfied customer once again.
