CITIFINANCIAL AUTO took my car even though i wasnt behind coppell, Texas

ok here goes  a long story. first of all i am a disabled veteran with a 100% disabvlity and i have my car financed through citifinanacial auto. I had excellant credit before i bought this car, and now my credit is ruined.  I make my payments every month and am never late.

i called citifinancial auto on thrusday november 18,2009 at 820. a.m.to find out about my account and to see what my balance was. After being transferred many times i finally got to take to someone by the name of Lisa in the skip trace department. she told me that my account was 2 months behind and i told her that was ridicuolous that my bank does a bill pay and i also send extra money in every month.  she said that i needed to pay her 528.00 right then and there or my car was in jeopardy of being repoed. I told her that that wasnt right. I was very upset and told her that if she wanted money that i only get paid once a month every month on the 1st . beign a disabled vet that is when the government pays me. well she was ver snotty. and i asked to speak to her supervisor. she hung up on me.\

well i called immedialty back and after being transferred again, i got to talk to a ms roselyn jones 19726539478 and she also said that she was in the skip trace dept. I told her what lisa had said, and she said that lisa was on her team. I got my laptop and as i was talking to her i pulled up my banks statements going all the way back to last january 2009.  i gave her the dates, my payments was sent in, and she said that they either got them or they didnt. i was very frustrated for the money was taken out of my bank and sent to them, and i have copies of my checks.  So i asked her what can be done.  i told her the circumstances about my finances and that i only get paid once a month from the military.  she said that she undderstood for she is ex mililtary. she told me that i could make a 158.00 payment on November 25, 2009, and then another 743.00 on the december 1, 2009 and that she would give me a 2months deferreal so that citifinancial and my bank could get this all worked out.  that i would be back on track as she said.  even though i know i am not behind.

she told me what my pay off date was and she would slowly over my account and she said that she would work with me on trying to find the missing payments which is their fault.

well i thought everything was good until yesterday Saturday November 22,2009. at 12.05 pm i just happened to take my dog outside and there sat a tow truck backed up tot the back of my car. i asked him what was going on. and he said that he got a repo order on friday november 21,2009 to pick up my car. i kind of yelled at him and told him that i was assaured on thrusday that everything was ok. he just said that he didnt have a choice. so he towed the car to tucson which is over 100 miles from me. and to top it off, i have a mustang and what did he do, he hooked it up by the back so the front end dragged. so that will mean a lot of damage to the front end.

i am really pissed off. i called citifinancial auto but of couse they are closed on the weekends. and i cant figure out why my record was sent to the skip trace department when i am not behind. 

I want to sue them so if there is an attorney who read these please contact me.  i am in the right. I did call my bank yesterday and they have proof of all the payments and copies of my checks. 

I am a disabled veteran and how to they expect me to get around and to my doctors appointments without my car. i want them to return my car immmedialty and fix what they have broken. i know my car is damaged now... they need to 0pay for it and they need to fix my credit report it is all their fault. They have made me so angry that with my disabliity i though i was going to have a heartattack. i had the chest pains and my son thought he was going to have to call an ambulance.]\

these big companies get all these millions of dollars from bailouts. and they spend all the money on their parties and their ceos and then they want to take money from the little people.... i am so mad
