Hello.
I am so tired of these forum fake reports. My father always said "With great success comes many enemies!"
OK.. AGAIN.. We have over 120 happy, excited, content clients, we do not have any, not a single clients who is unhappy. For these people who CLAIM to be customers, then why do they not contact me personally or the company direct? I will tell you why it's because your NOT REAL CUSTOMERS...
All your figures are off, we dont have any customers with these names in Florida. We refund clients if they are request it, i would be happy to provide references of clients who have been to Brazil, stood on the land, signed their contracts and are in constant touch with me and the company. Happy, excited real customers.
Clients such as Police Officer from Arlington Virginia, a 3 Battle Star winning US Army Officer, what about a US Navy Commander at the Pentagon with High Security Clearance.. Or Austria's top Neural Surgeon, or maybe several international Lawyers who did their own independent research? Who?? How many? Which Country would you like...Just ask and we will provide..
Tell you what.. I will give anyone who has posted these statements, if you send me a copy of your bank transfer, or the sales & reservation contract i will transfer $10.000 to your account.. There you go $ 10.000 so come on prove you are a real customer and i'll give you Ten Grand!!!
I can not be fairer then that can?
Here are my details below....

dear readers ,
the style of attack that i have read on your website is amazing - i have known david mahoney for many years and can guarentee you he is a decent bloke , no i dont work for him i know him personally . you are all ready to belive whatever crap you can through at a thirty something man who just trys to make a living and never to my knowledge has decieved anyone , davids only fault as i know it is that he is just to trusting hence he has fallen victim to many chancers and liars in his time however i think he has learned from that . i have had dealings with davids companies for over 8 years ,never once ripped off , never once cheated . not all deals were sucessful but thats business isnt it ...............................................
i suspect this bogus claims are from struggling competitors come on boys its boring puerile and pathetic.
there you go

I went to google and found this forum (number 1 page) and was horrified but yet so glad I did!
I see that reading between the lines there is a couple of reports and re-buttals from obviously the company involved or individuals involved.
I have always been a believer that if you see things on forums "True or not" or on the internet that shows some bad light on something, then stay away from it!...Better safe than sorry!
I recieved a phone call out of the blue from some guy (telemarketer) saying he was from freedom properties promoting some development for a company called realest international called Atlantic Heights, which I then in my research found to be also called Coconut Grove or at least the same promotion from the email info I was sent.
The guy who called me sounded not english, maybe european and was very pushy and persuasive to suggest I went to brazil to see the project they had claiming I should pay a deposit to secure a lot with a guarantee of a refund if not happy.
I did my homework and so glad too, as I found a number of things that were quite different to what I was told. Yes it looked nice, but dont judge a book by its cover!
I have blocked their number and email from any further contact and would advise anyone out there to beware of this company and do their homework too.
The 1st alarm bell was when I googled coconut grove brazil and then made further inquiries with lawyers in brazil.
There were a number of concerns contrary to what I was told.
I hasten to add that I am still looking at brazil as a good investment option, but would advise anyone to make sure you do your homework.
happy hunting
