Consumer Financial Advisory Board LLC guarenteed refund if unable to save me $1500 in interest Clearwater Florida

In a moment of weakness I agreed to Consumer Financial Advisory Board's service. I did not have a high credit card balance but, they said they could help find me a lower interest rate for my home equity loan so that is why I gave into there service.

When I received their financial plan any idiot could plainly see that they couldn't save me any money. Their numbers didn't work out at all. The interest rate was exactly the same as I already had and the plan somehow illustrated that my credit card would be paid off 6 years sooner. I don't know how that would work if everything was exactly the same. Anyway I have gotten the complete run around from the company and have been told it would take "60" more days to process my refund. The last time I contacted the company I was told that I wouldn't receive my full refund I would be charged $100 for their "service". I was also told I had to return my financial plan or I would not receive my refund. I had some choice words to say to the representative. So here I am 60 plus days later and I'm now working on disputing the charges with the credit card company. I'm hoping for the best. When I talked to the credit card company they said that after 6 months it might be difficult for me to get my money back.

I can't beleive how stupid I have been. Not only have I incurred a $795 charge on my credit card I am now incurring interest on that charge every month too.
