I'm sorry that our valued clients may read these comments from a disgruntled employee that was recently fired for NOT following company policy. This ex-employee, whether it be Roger/Bryan of San Diego, Justin/Susan of Memphis or Justin/Justin of Columbus or is it Memphis, whichever name this person wants to use, has created each complaint, which has been traced back to a location in Dallas, Texas and not these listed cities. We at Credit Alliance Group will continue to offer our clients the best debt management solutions to their individual situations with compassion and especially our empathy.

My name is Nick and I am an ex employee of this company. I am here to say that even though I am an ex-employee, I believe that this is a great company to work for and I would recommend anyone I talk to work with them. They are a legit company on the up and up. I had to leave the company do to some family issues and wish that I could have stayed with them. I loved working with the people there as well as helping the clients that we worked with.

I had even been accused of writing this and other reports that are negative on this company. But I did not do such a thing and believe that whoever did is just uneducated.

I would tell that anyone who is looking to work with Credit Alliance Group to go for it. There the most reputable company in the industry and the people there are people that have come from other companies in the country and have joined together to do it the right way.

I completed the program. My last account had been settled – amazing. I signed my contract with CAG on May 31, 2006. The representative estimated that it would take three years to work through the program and he was right. I feel stronger, I feel lighter, I even feel taller– hard to describe the exactly how I feel – great, I’d say My deepest thanks to everyone at CreditAllianceGroup.

Your service was utterly professional, always responsive and personal. I can’t say that it was easy, but with you shepherding me through a complex and stressful process, I always felt that it was the right thing to do. We want consumers to do their research and utilize any resources that they come across to better educate themselves. We prefer that once the consumer does "receive a call" from CreditAllianceGroup, that they have educated themselves as to what the positive and negative effects of the program are and what other options are out there.
