Dana Bain of Premier Mortgage is currently under investigation for Fraud and identity theft.

This person is a Mortgage Broker, with access to personal information that he WILL USE against you, Dana has used my name and address in several cases of fraud, Dana is a deeply disturbed person that can snap at a moments notice, if he has your name and address, you may find you start receiving Magazines that you didn't order, or maybe a Pizza might show up at your door that you didn't order.

This person has caused me a great amount of distress, not only to me, but others he has pulled in to his juvenile games.

Be very careful when dealing with this person, and be very careful of what information you give him. I have also sent a copy of this to my Attorney as I am pursuing Dana to the fullest extent of the law.

Current information leads me to believe that someone has gone to a lot of trouble here to make it look as though Dana Bain was responsible for using my name and address in sending fraudulent magazines to my home, who ever this is has gone to great lengths to make it appear that it was Dana Bain of Premier Mortgage. I know believe that Dana Bain was not involved in this.

I apologize to Dana, we as Mortgage Brokers need to stick together, I hope that who ever is doing this will stop and let us all do what we do best, and that is close loans.
