DFMS, DEBT FREE MANAGEMENT SERVICES RIPOFF!! STOLE MY MONEY! FRAUDULENT Irvine California

I have also been a customer of this corrupt company. I have tried to contact them since May 2004, and their phones have been disconnected. I feel that this has been a great injustice as many of you feel as well.

Renee Everhart, the owner of this company, convinced to me to stay with the company, and now my credit has gone from bad to worst. DFMS has stolen over $2,000 without settling any of my accounts from my creditors over the past two years.

There must be away that we could all file a lawsuit agaist Ms. Renee Everhart, as she was the vice president of the company. Do you all have any suggestions on what should we do next? Please free to email me at [DELETED]

Let me first say that there is no legimate way for a consumer to get low percentage settlements on consumer debt. You as a consumer are bound to pay 100% of your charges, late fees, interest, over limit fees and finance charges. It is what you agreed to to get the dcredit to begin with. That being said, the federal government is targeting these types of companies for fraud and deceitful business practices. You should go to the federal trade commission's website www.ftc.gov and file a complaint as well as search for any media realises they have issued in reference to this specif company. Remember that if it sounds too good to be true (ie pay 30% of what you owe to settle your debts) it probably is.

Sorry, I haven't been on this site in a while, but every once in a while, Renee Everhart will pop back into my head, and the search begins again! Anyway, I posted comments, but added them on my original message yesterday, so click on my link and read the new posting. I found her again...we need to do something, there has got to be something that we can do. I'm sure everyone will agree with me, of course we want our money back, but wouldn't you rather see her behind bars! She's lived on all our money for a long time, she's probably use to the finer things in life and putting her behind bars would be my dream! It puts me in a happy place just thinking about it! You asked to be googled, which I did...why won't you respond? Do you really want something done about DFMS and Renee Everhart or are you just blowing off steam? I'm sure since this has all happened, your finances have improved, as did mine...but the fact of the matter is she is still out there doing the same thing to other people and she needs to be stopped! So please...only post if you are going to follow through...don't make it a waste of my time and money to contact you...that's what you have done so far.
