We definitely have fallen victim to fraud. We paid $199.00 to them for 2 yrs, and have been bounced around, blown off and ignored. Now the bank took my home. They refuse to answer me or give me a refund. I am thinking LAW SUIT, perhaps class action, they have an F rating with the BBB. I’m glad I did not buy insurance from them too.  I hope you can live with yourself Don Brokaw and the story telling of being good guy as a law enforcement officer. WOW, I hope the feds put you in jail where you belong.  I found out that they are violating their own state laws for charging as a membership program they got going on to do modifications. They lied to me and caused me to loss my home. Run as far as you can from them. I’m mother with small children.
