Watch out for this guy! He will take your money and do absolutley the opposite of what he states he will do. He takes money from companies stating he will provide marketing and market awareness. He preys on public companies that have no liquid markets. He takes the money YOU pay him and he buys YOUR stock in YOUR company and states he created a market. Now thats funny! Then, to keep you on the hook so you wont sue him, he claims he has a group of brokers he has who will buy stock and create a public market but he wants you to pay him a large cash percentage of what he buys. He pays his group of guys cash under the table to bribe them to buy the stock. Highly illegal!! This guy works from his house and is a total scam artist. He breaks every securities laws ever written. He was a former owner of Salomon Grey Financial with Kyle Rowe and Paul Koupas. Check those crooks out on google! If you want to keep your company out of regulatory problems then keep a very safe distance from this guy!

The First thing I would like to address is; "Who are you?" You are NOT any CEO I have worked with. I believe you are a HOAX and I demand that 'YOU" the author provide some proof of any of the statements/events you claim happen. Its very odd for you to not have one detail in your statements, all general. By detail I mean; i.e. companies, stocks, prices, etc..
Your claim is I take cash and buy there stock with it (really? if that was true at least I'm not buying a new car with it..LOL). You also claim I take large up front fee's to start my campaign, really how much is large? You also claim I have brokers that will buy stocks for larger fees?, really please name one broker that buys my stocks and we can both go after him legally !! You claim I work from my house, while that is somewhat true, I do have an office in my home, however I do have a regular office space as well. (strange you would know that I work out of my house, are you a 'stocker', or 'peeping tom"?
You also stated that I was the former owner of Saloman Grey, while I was a C/O founder in 1999, I was no longer associated with them, when they were shut down. Please go re-read the reports as you suggested, I was not named in any of the complains. I look forward to your proof, be careful you present facts and truths, as i will not stand by and have my good name tarnished.
