   Be careful with this company.Once your money is in they forget about you and it is rare to get any updates. The only time they call you is to collect your money. They have so called processors that are as experienced at doing loans as my high school daughter. These people charge you 3 thousand dollars to send a fax to the lender and then they cross their fingers and hope for the best. Then they have these girls call in twice a month that are extremely ignorant asking for status updates, I could have done that. I called my lender and they told me that no so called negotations were being done on my behalf. 

   When I called in to get answers nobody answered the phone. I have been waiting for four months with no results at all. The only reason I paid is becasue the Sr. accountant or account supervisor fast talked me into paying. He sounded youbg and direct so I trusted him. The worse part is that they would not accept my credit card payment so I had to borrow money and that made it seem shady. The other account guys dont even know what they are talking about. My account agent seemed to be a good guy at the beginning but then I lost contact with him and when I called in to ask about my file I learned that he no longer worked there. Probably because of his concious.

   I also got a call from the biggest jerk on the planet, He is some pushy foreign guy who needs to be deported or arrested for calling and asking me for more money. I am worried that a guy who doesnt speak english is talking to my lender. I could barely understand him. All I heard was money this and fee that, the nerve of this guy. The IRS and attorney general should shut this fraud company down. I think it is run by criminals and if my loan is not taken care of I will go to the attorney general. If I would have known I would have gone to him immediately. I am thinking about suing them. I cant disclose my name because of fear that they will do something with my personal information. Please be careful and do not give these guys your money. You will regret it like I have.
