Security representative of Fifth Third Bank, told us about a Guaranteed Annuity Policy, we invested our savings into this policy, with the understanding that  at any time we could get to our money, since it was a guarantee premium policy, later we found out that he didn"t tell us all the conditions of the policy, and now we are having a difficult time trying to obtain our investment. He didn't explain the conditions of our right to have this policy read by someone else ot make sure we understood our options. We feel that we were lied to and our now being made to hold to this policy, and we want someway to regain our investment and cancel this policy all together.
