I did manifest my unconformity with the agreement I obtained with First Capital Consumers to have a credit card. I have claiming for two months and up to now . I didn't receive any solution. I have made several calls to Customer Service Department and they toll me I will have a call back from them, but it didn't never happened. The electronic debit was debited from my checking account and need to be credited back to my checking acc. at Sunt Trust Bank. The date of the debit was 5/16/02, the amount: $219.00
