This company was recommended to my by one of my customers for equipment and leasing finance. So I introduced one of my clients to them who needed leasing services. They advertise they can turn around leasing contracts in less than 24 hours. After my client submitted the paperwork to them, they came back and requested an up front payment for the leasing contract of several thousands dollars and the first months instalment payment.

Almost a month went by, and after ignoring dozens of emails and phone calls, the company responded and stated that their underwriter would not pay the invoices submitted against the leasing contract by any of the vendors and went on to state that my client had no right to litigate pursuant to the contract and that the contract would have to go to the American Arbitration Association.

This company then KEPT THE CLIENTS MONEY from the leasing contract fees after refusing to pay the vendors invoices covered by the leasing contract.

What's off about this is this company underwrites big deals all the time, some of them in the millions of dollars, but they also scam smaller companies and take their up front money for contracts, then refuse to pay the vendor invoices for these agreements after pocketing the up front payments and fees.
