My wife was contacted by phone by this company and after listening to their recorded message aggreed to buy their guide. After talking to me about it a few days later she decided to call and cancel the transaction, because at the time she was under doctors care and on medication that caused her not to think clearly. She had given them our checking information over the phone for the ampont of $299.00 to be processed on June 6, 2004. The date she called and cancelled was May 24, 2004 and she was assured there would be no problem because she cancelled in plenty of time to stop the check processing.

We found out they processed the check on June 16, 2004 and we contacted them on June 17, 2004 and we were informed they have a "no refund policy" even though they had illeagley deposited the check. I tried to contact them over the next two days but could not get through. I then went to my bank who did manage to get through after being left on hold for over 25 minutes.

They played the manager the recording my wife had listened to and aggreed to and it does not state there is a no refund policy, in fact gives a free 15 day trieal period. We never received anything from this company and cancelled well before the check should have been deposited. The bank manager spoke with a Supervisor named Anthony, ID # 1002. Anthony has been given all this information and said he would think about giving us a refund and we would receive something in the mail in the next "few" weeks
