12-1-08 I joined with their trial period of 10 days (after 7:40pm EST)

12-1-08 They immediately charged my bank card for $1.95 without saying that they were going to do this; not a big deal for me at the time, thought it was just e-mail verification fee. Grants Every Day offer - Resource Center - granteveryday.com

12-6-08 Found out I already had this service through another place and put in a cancellation e-mail to contact@granteveryday.com

12-8-08 Checked my bank account online and found out that they had a pending charge to my account for $58.61, so at 5:40PM I called one of their many customer service numbers (866-467-5313) and was told by a man who went by the name of Steve Jones that the cancellation e-mail was already in process and that the 58.61 would not be taken out of my account. He also assured me he would send an e-mail to me for verification.

12-11-08 They did take out the $58.61 from my account almost taking all of my money.

12-12-08 Called the same number for customer service and a very rude lady told me that I was after the deadline and they were'nt going to do anything about it.

12-13-08 Called the same customer service number - disconnected or no longer in service. Went to web site - NOT THERE. Went through place where I had joined - NO LONGER A LISTING!

12-13-08 6:30pm EST - I find out about ripoffreport.com - Damn.
