Grant Instructor Harrassing Phone Calls 15 to 20 times a day! Internet

I have been receiving multiple phone calls on my cell phone up to 20 times per day. This has been going on for about 3 weeks now. I didn't recognize the out of state number (201-621-5695) so I didn't answer due to long distance charges. They would never leave a message. When I did try to call the number back it was dead air! I finally answered the phone today and the woman (who I could barely understand) sounded like she was at a party with LOUD music playing. She said that I had filled something out online (which i hadn't). The music got to be so loud I finally hung up the phone, but before I did, I asked who she was and the company name. She said, "Grant Instructor" but I could tell was very hesitant when I asked her to repeat it and spell it.

So, about 10 minutes later they alled again, I answered, they hung up. About 5 minutes after that, they called again and I answered. I said "I never filled out anything for your company and I've been looking up your company online and found A LOT of rip-off reports on you guys and I would like for you to take me off of your call list please." She hung up immediately without a goodbye! It seems like a TOTAL scam and if they continue to call me multiple times a day, from a long distance number, ON MY CELL PHONE and at all times of the night---I will get a lawyer! Luckily, I never gave them my info...but they do have my phone number! Rip-off reports come in handy and I'm VERY grateful for this site!
