It is a long story of what they did to me. Long story short, I was hit by a tornado,FEMA came said they could help then they could not, turned in the damage to my home owners policy they cancelled me, and sent a letter that i was with out home owners insurance. so Home eq took it upon them selves to get some charged me 3000. and did not even give me time to get my own, then went a head and paid my Taxes with out me knowing it said they had the right to do what ever they wanted even though i did not have an esscow account they forced me to.Then I am fighting them they raised my payments by 700 a month, my husband got cancer was with out work three months go by i am still paying my regular amount every month on time they raise it yet again by another 700 a month now it is way out of what i can afford on one income plus running to the hospital and trying to work, my husband a tumor removed the end of april so i missed my may payment but made it up in June and sent two, in July my husband turns for the worse and has to have a liver transplant, and all though this i am still working running to the hospital and they are foreclosing on my house, the phone calls were unbelievable from them no understanding at all they then tell me if i wire them 4800 they will fix it and put me in a program it never happened, they took the 4800 and show no record of it?????now they are foreclosing again and my total bill with them is 30,000 more then i barrowed in the beginning and the three yrs of payments were out the window i guess, they will not work with me no matter what and the bad thing is I can make my payment they just won't let me. I have no family or friends that can help me and i am still nursing my husband who now is back on Chemo and i am still working 7 days a week, no one will help me.home eq servicing are crooks and they should be shut down what did they do with all the goverment money they got to help the americans in trouble??
