HRS, Frank Pullano, Homeowners Rescue, ripoff Stole My Home through Fraud New Jersey

Homeowners Rescue is a fraudulent company. Consumer Affairs in Newark NJ took this company, its owner, Frank Pullano and other affilliates to court for fruad and they were convicted and fined over $2 million.

I have lost $49,000 and my home to Homeowners rescue and
Mr. Frank Pullano, Sr. They said they would buy my home from either my mortgage company or at foreclosure and sell it back to me, holding a mortgage for one year and all money I paid in rents would be used for my downpayment on the home. They would cover closing costs and fees.

Mr. Pullano transferred my home from Homeowners Rescue to his personal name for $1, took out a mortgage and never notified us or the courts he did. After 5 years now, I still havent gotten Mr. Pullano into court.

Beware, Mr. Pullano has done this in other states; sometimes using his name and sometimes hiring people to do this for him. He may still be doing this to others: Check PA for lawsuit
against him.

He lives in Florida, but has judgements against him in other states. A lot of homes were lost to him in NJ and PA that I know of.

I can prove my statements through all the paperwork that I
have compiled in the past 5 years.
