House Values - Just Listed Not A Good Choice ripoff Kirkland Washington

The following statements are of my opinions and of course are not factual until proven so in a court of law. In saying as such, this is my opinion of this company based on my experience.

Well, I was promised that these leads were serious, these people want to buy a house. I was also told that there was a disclaimer that their information would be sent to a Realtor. Well, they don't care. I was told this was THE LAST chance for my zip code and somebody else was going to take it. There were promises of conversion rates of over 22%.

LIES! These so called leads were just total garbage. Fake numbers, fake names, fake email. Then they imply I am an idiot for not coverting the leads. Can't do it, they dont' want to buy. I got out of it finally after I told them for weeks that I was going to return every single lead within 24 hours so it did not count against my minimums. They so graciously waved the termination fee, since I had two months left. I even received a partial month refund. However, i still want every dime back that I gave to them. They promised serious leads. That is not what was given.
