Instant Tax Service is getting sued!

Anyone who was taking advantage of by Instant Tax Service, might find it comforting to know their home office is unable to pay their bills. 

Instant Tax Service owes several companies BIG money! And they are being sued!

Instant Tax Service borrowed $350,000 from a widowed women in Sept. 2008 and agreed to pay back the loan in June of 2009. However, the loan was not repaid- this poor women did not get any money back! She is now suing them for a ton of money!

Instant Tax Service used their phones and office equipment as collateral for the $350,000 loan they took from this poor women. But funny story.......Instant Tax Service didn't even own their PHONES & OFFICE EQUIPMENT! Hunington Bank does and it gets better! Hunington Bank is suing them for non-payment of the phone & office equipment!

See for yourself all of the creditors who are suing them.

Search under the company name- Instant Tax Service, ITS Financial or TCA Financial

case #2010 CV 00884 is the poor old women suing them, her name is Glancy.
Just to name a few others: Hunington Equipment Finance and Clear Channel Broadcasting.

There is a long list of companies who are after Instant Tax Service for non-payment.
