Instantgrantaccess.com, Easygrantaccess.com Charged my cc and when I asked for a refund and followed their instr. they did not give me my money back Internet

I foolishly signed up for the easy grant access for $1.99. I did not read all the terms and they charged my cc $75.77. When I called to cancel and request a refund they did cancel and never charged me again, but I did not get a refund of the $75.77 that they had already taken. They sent me emails explaining that they would give me half my money back and be done with it. When I did not accept that, they told me that I would be eligible for a full refund after trying their service for 88 days. I followed all their rules and faxed my form in after 88 days and I have email them over and over and now I get no response at all.. Do not ever sign up for this. They go by Instant Grant Access and Easy Grant access and this is a rip.
