JMW Financial Services rip-off! They said everything was OK then sent me to collections! Mesa Arizona

Three months ago I called the number from the newspaper and ordered their kit with an electronic check over the phone. Over the weekend, I got a bad feeling about the whole deal and decided to cancel it. I couldn't get a hold of anyone on their phones, so I just called my bank and cancelled the check. I had to do this several times due to this company trying to send my check through over and over again.

I finally got ahold of a person at the company and explained to them that I did not want their kit, that I had sent their kit back unopened, and that I had cancelled my check. I also told them that I would continue to have my bank withhold the funds from them if they continued to try and have my check put through. This person told me everything was ok and they would see to it that they would no longer try to put my check through. Now, here it is in May and I get a letter in the mail from a collection agency saying I owe this company $100.82. Now I am going to have to fight the collection agency on this. Do not send these people money. It is nothing but a scam!
