Believe the hype, JNS Resources are gold medal scammers.
The emails/letters from JNS about all the qualified leads they have are representative of what we received at our office. They say there's a sucker born every minute and I have the whole in my checkbook to prove it.
Tons of the "leads" were disconnected phone numbers. Some were with people who - to be gracious - spoke English as their third language. Other people who were "qualified" were stone broke. Not a one ever owned up to having responded to some contact method such as a mailer OR being qualified by anyone.
100% rip-off.
When I bought the leads I had an explicit agreement with the sales guy to replace disconnected numbers. I gathered those disconnected numbers and recontacted JNS for my replacement numbers. I was told he would "talk to his boss." I'm still waiting...
This company lies lies lies. If you spend your money don't say you weren't warned.

Rebuttal:
Upon reviewing our client records, we have no such client by the name of David anywhere within CA. Let alone any client in that part of CA.
Our clients are taken care of promptly and efficiently. We rarely do get disconnects or wrong information within our lists. Our information is not gathered through mailers and our replacements are not delivered upon request of “bad information” This is just not how our company does business.
Any client requesting to speak to management is routed promptly to a manager within the same phone call. They are not suggested a “call back". In the event a manager is unavailable, they are routed to their voicemail. All calls are returned within 24 hours.
We have many policies within our company that conflict with the statements made in this report. JNS works hard to ensure that every step is taken to provide our clients with 100% customer service.
Unfortunately, this looks like a repeat of previous complaints from competitors. I do not believe a client would post a negative report if they are awaiting “replacements” or a phone call.
If you are actually a client of JNS, you may contact us and we will get this issue resolved immediately.
