John Edward Daggett Investment Fraud. Takes your money with no intention of repayment Escondido California

My story is probably one that is familiar to anyone that has had any business dealings with John Daggett. After knowing me for several years, he approached me and stated that he is a currency investor and that he takes on individuals as private customers and invests their money for them. John Daggett promises a minimum of a 10 percent return but states that he is usually able to double your money in a 6 month period.

Well, after 6 months comes and goes he will give you a laundry list of excuses why he has not performed or lived up to his contractual obligation and will have little to no contact with you from there on out. The contract that you enter into with John Daggett includes a clause that states any issues will be resolved through binding arbitration and that each party is responsible for their own legal costs.

knowing that the cost of arbitration is high, he expects that most people will choose to accept their loss rather than to pay the price of arbitration. If confronted with the information you have read here he will have a long story about how it is a misunderstanding and how he puts his faith in God. It's interesting how convenient crooks find it to use the name of God and act as though they are religious people with only the best intentions.
