Kensington Assistance Agency They took $295.00 out of my bank account after I called to cancel, I tried to call them & the number had been disconnected, my bank helped me find the new number for them, which for month's now I have been going crazy faxing info to them showing them I never got reinbursed for it, they tell me 7 more day's each time I call, this has been going on for months now Ripoff New York New York

i recived a green card in the mail,I called them, they got all my info & told me I could cancel at anytime , I called to cancel a few time's, the last time I tried to cancel the phone number had been disconected, I was very upset about it, next thing I knew , $295.00 was taken out of my account which at the time I dident have that amount in the bank and it overdrew my account, I had to come up with $400.00 to pay all the charges it cost me, I went to the bank and explaned it to them and they helped me get the new phone number for them, I have been calling them every week since, they told me I would recive the money within 7 day's, it has been months now and I have had to fax my bank statement's to them 3 time's and I still havent gotton back a dime.

i'm disabled and I need every penny i get, this company is not 1 I would recomend to anyone.
