One day I had come home from work and found a note from my fiance stating that a guy by the name of Steven Tillman wanted to talk to me about a possible loan offer. Well I kinda blew it off for a few days, and then  one day the phone rang so I answered it and it was him. He told me his name and asked me who he was speaking to, so I told him and then  he said "Have I got a deal for you" and I said "Yeah I'm hoping you can get me approved."  So I gave him my information and so the next day he called back and told me I was approved for $45,000. All I had to do was send the first 8mo payments which was like almost $3,000. I told him I did not have that so he told me he would talk to his "supervisor". He come back on the phone and said "How much can you come up with." I told him around $2,000. He had to go talk to his supervisor again and came back on the line and said that they would credit me the rest of it and I would have to pay them back when I got my money. I said thats fine. So then he told me that I would have to send the money to a Marsha Wagner in Canada. It would cost me about $200 to send the money Western Union. I said so I have to send $2,200, I told him that I only had $2,000 so he said send $1,800 and we will credit the rest, I agreed. Well it ended up costing me $160 to send it. I told him what it cost and he said ok. He then told me I needed to give him a fax number so he can fax me my loan agreement so I did. He told me to look it over and sign it and send it back so I did as he asked. He then told me that my mpney would be in my bank account either that day by 5pm or the next day by 5pm. I told him ok. Well the next day I got a call from Douglas Fisher telling me that was an issue with my loan. I asked him what so he told me that the person that was loaning me the money went to get insurance on it and the insurance company took a second look at my credit and asked that I put an additional $2,000 down on it. I told him no way I can do that so then I tod him to cancel my loan. He told me that I would recieve my money on the 1st of March and I asked him why, he told me that was the billing cycle of the loaner. I said fine whatever I just want my money back. Well here it is March 3rd and still nothing......

But March 1st I called them and guess what  the number had been disconnected. So right then I knew something was up and thats when I found this website. So here I am, a victim like everyone else. But I have already called The Attorney general and filed a Fraud report with my local Police Station and also contacted Western Union and they tracked it and found out who picked it up and where. The police took my statement and is now forwarding it to the FBI. So with my story and all of yours I hope they catch those S O B's before they do it to someone else.
