Ed Delkash and his clever assistant are mjor crooks they never actully fund deals they just collect upfront fee's dont trust this guy tell him to put his money where his mouth is and he will not deliver. He stiffs everyone of his service providers and doesnt pay them and jumps around using his real name which is Omid and his after he screws you name of ED its the same old guy doing the same old thing.

If your dumb enough to pay an upfront fee you deserve to be taken dont let him take advantage of you this guy doesnt have any money or investors. Anyone with any money would never allow this idiot to make loans based on equity he makes loans based on upfront fees and then gives you some excuse and then doesnt refund.
