Madcap Products This company is a big rip-off. When I called to complain about payments from my bank account after I closed the account, they were unresponsive and told me I had no recourse but to allow payment to go Internet

This company (ipayment) continued to send bills to my bank for deduction from my account although I previously closed the account. When I called to complain they were very unresponsive and told me I had no recourse but to allow payments to be taken from my account. They claimed I failed to complete an on-line form. When I got this form I discovered it had no return address but stated it must be sent back to them by fax. (I don't have one and didn't need it to sign up with them initially.)
