Maxinum Platinum A Credit Card that can be used for Merchandise only on their website Carson City Nevada

I feel like I was ripped off when I received a bank statement in the mail stating that 49.95 was taking out of my account. So I called my bank and they gave me a number from who took the money out of my account from which was 1-800-972-8094. I called the number and I got terrible customer service and one of the reprsentatives hung up on me. So I tried reporting the issue to Better Business Bureau.

Once I've contacted Better Business Bureau the information on the company was wrong because they checked the address on the information I was giving and the information was wrong. I called back the number and at first the representatives didn't want to give me the address of where the place was located. Then after calling and calling they finally gave me the address. Again the information was wrong and then once they realize that I was reporting them the finally offer to do a refund.

After the whole time they said that they don't do refunds. From the beginning I never signed up with that company. The company claimed I signed up with them when signing up for a pay-day loan and there was a page with offers on it that had their company listed as one of the offers on that page.

I know for a fact when ever I completed the loan I never signed up with Maxinum Platinum. Also the pay-day loan I did never did disclose my information with any other companies because of privacy act. Main fact is that there was never a page with other offers when I was signing up for a pay-day loan
