MaxMyEquity MaxMyEquity.com RIP-OFF - faulty product and refuses to respond for any assistance Internet

These people sell you an online product that you use along with a line of credit to maximize every penny of your budget to pay off your house, saving you many thousands of dollars and paying it off much sooner.  It tells you when to transfer money from the line of credit to your account, and how much to pay on your mortgage.  It takes into account all budget items and incidental expenses you may have.  A GREAT concept, if the program worked.  It did not work.  There were technical errors within the program that would not let you use it.  I wrote to them eight times, then filed a report.  I KEEP writing to them.  Two years later, all they've done for me is take my money.  They have not answered a single one of my e-mails.  NO SUPPORT FOR A FAULTY PRODUCT.  RIP OFF.
