I got burned by this company: they are a scam. I should have listened to warnings from Ripoff Report. I was very careful to work out a fair contract, then they still had hidden fees which they did not disclose or include until my account was opened. Unfortunately, there is poor support for their gateway & I would have to hire a programmer to be able to use it correctly. Ultimately I was unable to find a fair and reasonable way to cope with this merchant, so I moved to a different one. Merchant One makes several "hidden" charges. I have read other horror stories involving the "free terminals" as well. Beware of this shady middle-man: Merchant One.
