Midland Mortgage Co. Mis-management of funds Oklahoma City Oklahoma

Those of you that are thinking of using Midland for a mortgage company and those of you that have them for a mortgage company beware. Midland has no idea on how to manage your account nor do they care anything about customer service. They never call you back when they say they are going to nor do they have compitant people performing simple data entry on how much of your payment goes to your principal and interest and how much actually goes toward escrow. For an entire year they screwed up my account and then I had to ask them for permission to handle my own escrow account. If that doesn't beat everything. Now that I have told them what I am going to do they send me a letter advising me that they want confirmation on the appropriate payments and that they reserve the right to "re-establish" my escrow account. Over my dead body.
