Mr Dereck M Coles, New Horizons Group $522,000 rip-off by Derek Coles, his President and Accountant, at New Horizons Group Sarasota Florida

We are slightly lucky, yet extremely unlucky with Derick Coles from New Horizons Group. We did manage to achieve a Green Card (Permanent Residency) via his company; however we have invested $522,000 either directly into his Sarasota USA account or the New Horizons Group offshore investment account in the British Virgin Islands.

He was recommended from one of his friends to help us achieve our ambition to move to America from England. His friend advised us how very business orientated he was, however was also very very approachable in every way, and if he could not get us across to America he would let us know straight away, that is how honest he seemed to be.

We first met Derek Coles in Leeds in England, and he advised us about his company being a blue-chip company, and that other American companies were interested in purchasing his company. He was excited about this, as he knew his shareholders would receive a substantial amount when selling the company, however because of the love he had with his company and the people he was helping, he did not wish to sell the company for quite a number of years. His family had also set up within the group a company named JADE homes, (JADE standing for his sons Jason and Andrew, Derek, and his wife Elizabeth), and he showed us a magazine that said JADE homes was the top home building company on the south-west coast of Florida.

We have recently found out that JADE homes ripped people off as well. We believe the President and the Accountant of the company must of definitely have known what was going on. The President saw to all his affairs, especially when he was away in England; the Accountant was in control of transferring funds from various accounts (as she had verbally advised us), and only had Derek's signature for requirement.

The money that was ripped off was our total life savings, and the inheritance of my wife's parents. Therefore we do not have much money, however would consider fighting this in court if required.

This needs to be reported all over America, especially Florida, and England. His office in London England is still running, and we are upset at the fact that he still may be ripping people off on a daily basis.

We also know he has money spread around the world, as he and his accountant have both told us in the past, especially when we kept enquiring about our interest on the investment.

So we need to contact the FBI in Fort Myers, (as per this website), and let us all get him!!
