National City Mortgage Corporate theft and ripoff of customers Dayton Ohio

This company tells you one thing and then does something else. They told me I would not be billed for a problem they caused, and then they sent me a bill anyway. They charged me for insurance on my loan which I already had. They said I didnt. They had already verified that I did have the insurance and then billed me for insurance again. Then they told me I had to send them proof and refused to even investigate.

I have had a loan with this company for less than a year and this is the forth time they have attempted to screw me out of extra money. Avaoid t his company at all costs! They are very disreputable. I am in the process of filing a lawsuit with them.

If anyone knows a good class action lawyer, I would love to hear about them and contact them as I feel this company has probably done this to many people and I am going to try and file a class action lawsuit against them
