NCO Financial Systems - Joe Howell Abusive harrasing phone calls (including hang-ups) all hours and at work. Baltimore Maryland

For approximately one year now, we have been trying to get documentation of the debt that NCO says we owe. This has never happened. Now the phone calls have become alarmingly abusive.

We have contacted an attorney, and suggest anyone else having trouble with this company do the same. It's one thing to try to collect a debt, and another to be extremely abusive. If the representative from NCO doesn't like what you're saying (trying to find out information about the debt), they simply hang up on you. When you call back and ask for a supervisor, you're connected to the same representative, who pretends you've been disconnected, or become irate that you hung up on THEM.

I'd highly recommend finding out whether the debt is legitimate before you send any money to them. Since we've never received any documentation from them, at this point, we're telling them to go ahead and try to garnish our wages, reposess our house, or file a lawsuit, because at least then, we know we'd be receiving some sort of documentation!
