Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC HAMP Modification Breach of contract West Palm Beach, Florida

I have applied for the modification and have been approved for the HAMP, Ocwen put me on a trial modification for three months November-09, December-09 and January-2010, I have paid all my payments on time, on January-20 Ocwen told me that they have mailed the final modification agreement for me to sign and send back, also I have been told to make February payment on time even if I did not receive the modification documents, I did pay February payment on 01-29-2010, I paid same amount as the trial modification as I have been directed to so, I have never received final documents, so I kept on calling the Home Retention Department at ocwen, and after almost a month I have been told that the investor denied my modification but because we offered you the modification we will honor it, I waited to receive the final documents but instead I received a denial letter, Now they are enforcing a foreclosure, I really can’t afford to pay what I have to pay now and need this modification to be able to keep a roof above my family
