I contacted this company last Oct 2008 in hopes of stopping a wage garnishment and dealing with our Federal tax issues. I spoke with Alan Demke who "promised" they could stop the wage garnishment and come up with a reasonable, drastically reduced payment plan. After paying them over $1500, they did NOTHING. They stated due to the tax liability, they would need an additional $1000, which was not part of the agreement.

We ended up with our wages, specifically my wife's, still being garnished and we lost $1500. After repeated attempts to contact them, no calls or emails were returned. Other than the last call we made, we received an email stating due to our uncooperation of not paying them, they would cease representing us.

You are better off contacting the IRS yourself. Even though it can be time consuming, you will get better satisfaction.
