Optionetics Extremely slow refund policy Redwood City, California

I attended the half day introduction pre seminar and signed up for the course. I paid in full and over the next 2 weeks after having reviewed the course materials I decided to not attend and ask for a refund. I went to the seminar location and returned the course materials in perfect condition and was given, and I should point out that this refund form that is signed by some Optionetics attending person is very weak and designed to be as obtuse as possible, a refund form signed by a person signing in attendees. I guarantee that their refund policy is to make it as difficult as possible to get a refund and to make it last as long as possible before they have to send the refund. In addition they say in th refund form they give you that the refund is entirely up to them and theoir determination that the course materials are being returned in resalable condition. It is no over a month with an American Express challange on my Gold card and no refund. I should point out that I have charged over the last 40 years over 2 million dollars on my American Express card and have always paid it in full on time. They appreciate this as I am a preferred customer. If it takes American Express more than a month to get a refund from this so called honest company on their so called guaranteed refund policy, what deos it take for the average person who might pay in cash or with a check to get his money back? Be extremely cautious in any dealings with this company. I should point out that much of their material is readily available for free or other wise if you are willing to spend the time to get it. I trade options on a daily basis and would and did not take their course as I felt it was not worth the money.
