    Corporate Advocacy Program
CTC, PRL direct, PDA, and sonicpayday are payday to payday loan company. meaning they can only give out loans for a maximum of 16 days. they don't offer any extensions and rollovers but what they do offer is you can reloan in the same day if your previous loan has been paid off..now if you are unable to pay tghem off. you need to call them within the next 3 business days after your repayment date or you can contact them before the repayment date. The reason why you need to contact them is because you need to notify their payment services not to debit your account. You need to call these payment services and nothing is going to happen if you tell the customer care representatives that you wont be able to pay off the loan because they only process applications and not your payments. Now If you are under wage assignment. It is not against the law. Does not matter which state you came from. Once you digitally sign the aggreements. You are letting your creditors to garnish your account through your employer, and yes..this is legal. Now it doesnt matter if you are from any part of the state, If you cannot payoff the loan. CALL the payment services. And keep in mind that if you don't pay your loan. Your teletrack score goes down that may entitled you not to get a loan with any other companies.

keep in mind that if you loan something. Make sure you budget and know that you will be able to pay it off.

Life doesn't wait until payday

Payday Avenue

AUTHOR: Michelle - Emporia (U.S.A.)

After reading your response, I would like to say, that wage assignments are legal, but only voluntary. It is not legal to make someone sign one and not specify in the agreement that this is voluntary. Also, digital signatures are not valid. I understand that if money is borrowed, it must be paid back, but there are also privacy laws that Payday Avenue have broken multiple times. When you sign the agreement, not only are you signing a legal document, but also a privacy policy.

If the privacy policy is not included in the agreement, then another law has been broken there. They defintly need to be shut down, as with any research, they break several laws in the Fair Credit Act a lot!!

using the word garnishment is illegal

AUTHOR: Name With Held - Surrey (Canada)

after reading your message jayson, i had to laugh as i am an ex employee of ecare (sonic payday) i worked there when this company was at its peak. after putting 3 years of blood sweat and tears into that company, i laugh at your comments as you know even using the words garnishment is illegal the wage assignment is not a legal document and can easily be revoked by faxing payment services and revoking the document in writing. this company that you work for is dispicable to its customers and employee's. The amount of money the company charges is illegal and if the word got out the this company is based in canada and basically has no bite to its collection practices ...all you guys can do is bark and hassle people into paying there outstanding loans back. i have recently heard that your company is for sale and i think it is because the ash brothers see (pardon the pun) the days of over charging are coming to an end. You might want to update your resume. if anyone wants to know there address it is 15225 104th ave in surrey bc...so in closing b4 you start wave the payday loan flag and preaching to others know your faxs.and the company has never been the same after bringing in Carrie to payment services . but i wish you guys al the best happy collecting
