I have 2 accounts on Paypal, I use one of them for my Ebay business and other one for personal. I have $125.00 in the personal account sitting there for more than a year. I decided to transfer the funds to my other account but I could not due to verifying. I tried to verify by entering my account # but system said that this account # was associated with my other Paypal Account and there were same problem with verifying with my cc. I wanted to use it to purchase something on the internet but I could not simply I was not verified. I could revive funds to my personal account but I could not use it. I talked to their customer sevice, He could not do anything about it other than suggesting that I should remove my account # from business account and use for my personal, or open a new account with a Bank, or remove my cc also with the business and transfer it personal. So, Paypal is sitting on my money and not allowing me to use it. Is there any governing agency available to help me to get my funds without all the hassle. I can not remove neither my bank account nor my cc from my business account because I do business everyday and this process will take more than a week.
What paypal is doing right now basically theft by fraud by holding the funds. I hope I will find out a governing agency who would help me to get my funds out of this institute.
